This little beer lover’s slice of heaven is just down the road in downtown Monument. It’s a lovely drive and wonderful rustic escape to small town living and exceptional beer-drinking 🍺

The big differentiator? You pour your own beer! 😆

I love being able to try many beers, but of course can only have a few before I need a ride home 🥴 The great thing about pour-your-own-beer places is you can pour as many or as little ounces as you want and only be charged for what you pour!

Want to try a style you’re unfamiliar with? Pour a few ounces and give it a taste test before committing!

Need a snack? They make flatbreads! 🍕 I am a sucker for pepperoni pizza so I just went with my childhood instinct and ordered the pepperoni flatbread. It was the perfect compliment to a brew.

There are bar stools for the adults, but if you have your kids in tow, there some low-top tables inside as well as plenty of patio seating out back. I asked: they ARE family-friendly 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

When I went, there were several hikers and cyclists dropping in after a day of enjoying Colorado nature. If you are hiking out near the Tri-Lakes area or heading back from the Springs and have earned that beverage, give this little spot a try! (It’s a bit closer than it’s sister location in the Springs 😄)
