EXCHANGE COFFEE HOUSE ☕️

Comfy. Spacious. Dreamy. That’s how I describe Exchange Coffee House. It’s the type of coffee shop you want to settle into and stay awhile. I don’t think I could ever just grab and go, I need to enjoy the cozy aesthetic, comfy fireplace, and warmth with my cup of ☕️

They have a nice menu of breakfast and lunch items to go with your coffee or tea, like burritos, pastries, and toasts. I had an almond butter/banana toast that was to die for 😍 it was the perfect size to share with my kid!

Speaking of kid, there’s a spot for them! Exchange has carved out a little corner for kids to sit and read, color, build and play. 🖍🧸 it’s right next to the fireplace so it’s the perfect spot for me to snuggle on the couch while having my tot within arm’s reach.

It was a bit brisk when we went, but the outdoor area provides abundant, shaded seating. Between the inside and outside, it’s a great spot to gather with friends and coworkers. And for us Castle Rock folks, it’s just up the road in Castle Pines!
