Staunton - Mason Creek Cascades

MASON CREEK CASCADES 💦🌲

Staunton State Park has several flat trails throughout its stunning landscape, but this one pleasantly surprised us. It was a diverse hike with meadows, bridges, wildflowers, and creeks along the way, ending in a dreamy spot called Mason Creek Cascades.

When we arrived at the cascades, my kids instantly started playing! It’s a fun spot with a lot of space to explore. I recommend bringing a picnic and sitting in the cool shade for awhile 🧺

📍 Mason Creek Cascades at Staunton State Park

Take the Dines Meadow Loop toward the Archery Range, it’ll turn into the Mason Creek trail. Take that uphill to the cascades and then turn back when you’re done!
