Date night, girls night, happy hour, fancy snack stop…Postino is IT. ✨

This chain has been big in AZ prior to expanding into Colorado. It’s taken off as a spot for great wine (and beer!), shareable snacks, unique boards, all for a reasonable price.

The star of the show here are the bruschetta boards, where you can truly find something for everyone. There are options with or without meat, cheese, veggies, you can even get gluten free bread! These are a great option for sharing and pretty filling.

You can also get a charcuterie board, cheese board, pretzel board, and more. See? Something for everyone!

We brought our appetites so we also grabbed goat cheese meatballs and the highly-recommended “OMG Grilled Cheese.” Y’all. This grilled cheese was not messing around…it had whipped brie, Gruyère, white cheddar, and goat cheese, plus bacon and a tomato soup dipper. It’s big enough for a meal or to share. Please please PLEASE plan on getting this. 🧀 🥓

If you’re more in the mood to order your own plate and not have other hands in your personal space 😆 they also have paninis, soups and salads. 🥗

At the Highlands Ranch location (and maybe the others?), they only have beer and wine. Even though I definitely get “whiskey book lounge” vibes, they have no hard alcohol here.

The best part? Totally reasonable prices. The two of us ate for under $70, plus they brought us a lava cake for a birthday celebration. It is HARD to find a good deal these days, but I left feeling I got a ton of bang for my buck.
