Do you have kids who live 24/7 in imagination land? My daughters are always playing something magical (like “Mermaids” or “Cat Family”). They can make their own fun with a few props 😝

It’s great to know who the local indoor play places that can help get the wiggles out when you just simply cannot be stuck inside a minute longer (like when a blizzard randomly appears 😒). But Play Street Museum Highlands Ranch is more than a place to run around. It fosters imaginative play and creativity...ok let me be more specific 😆

🏡 There is a whole kid-sized village! Kids can play “family” in a house complete with a stocked kitchen, bedrooms, and plenty of space to take care of the many baby dolls 👶

🏬 A vet office, doctor office, restaurant, and grocery store help round out all the village essentials.

🎨 An art center helps kids create new masterpieces, with the help of PlayStreet staff OR on their own.

📚Bookworms can chill out on the Discovery Rug and dive into new themes with related books, toys and dress up.

🧸 Builders and hands-on kids can create ball tunnels, towers, and more with the plethora of toys in and around the place.

Best of all, PlayStreet is not so huge that you fear losing your kids. It’s a bright contained space that makes it stress-free for us moms who have kids who are runners 😅

Check out their Facebook page for themed days! There are special art and exploratory activities on certain days, but believe me: even if you just pop in on a random day like we did, it’s bound to be special no matter what ☺️

Yes I did say “pop in” but what I really meant is that I booked at the last second 😂 Yes you do have to book in advance because this play is so darn cute that it fills up! Time slots are 90 minutes and food is not allowed (but drinks are!)...however, you do get a cute kid snack at the end of the play session, which was a nice touch 🥰
