PLANET FITNESS 🌎

Second stop on my fitness tour brought me to big gym franchise, but a really nice one at that!

✅ My quick summary: Planet Fitness gets you all the machines you need for a small price. That’s the great appeal if you have your own routine and just need some space to get it done 🏋️‍♀️

I was there at 6:30am, so maybe the crowd is thin around that hour, but there were plenty of machines and weights for everyone! Lots of cardio (treadmills, bikes, rowers, ellipticals, etc), free weights, and resistance weight machines to go around.

I tend to like the weights area and had no problem finding the space/dumbbells I needed, but I could see this getting crowded faster than the cardio areas.

If you love to just chill on a cardio machine, there were plenty, with many TVs to tune into 📺

The locker room area looked brand new and very clean 🧼 In fact I found the whole place to be super clean. I was impressed! If I didn’t already know, I would have just assumed it was a new gym. ✨

They typically do offer classes but not currently (the fifth picture shows the class area). They indicated classes might be returning soon!

If you’re just cruising in to work out and leave every day, $10/month plus a signup fee will get you going. That’s a deal 🤩

If you’re looking to use the tanning beds, spa area, get discounts on drinks, visit PF gyms all over the country, and bring guests often, the $24.99/month plan may be a better bet for you!

Childcare? None 🚫

🚨 To answer your burning question: no, I never heard the “lunk alarm” go off 😆
