Talk about a museum that has a little something for everyone! With collections dating hundreds of years across the globe, to interactive children’s areas, to traveling exhibits with pieces of history, people of all ages can enjoy the Denver Art Museum.

We took advantage of the museum’s free day, but the great news is that the museum is FREE every day for children 18 and under! Such an awesome perk 👏

You’ll find hands-on spots for kids to work out their drawing skills, a children’s area for them to climb and explore, and plenty of hidden spots throughout the exhibit for kids to get creative.

Yes, there are exhibits where kids should be a bit more quiet and keep their hands to themselves. My kids were very dialed in to the Monet paintings and really wanted to touch those 😅🤦‍♀️

There is a cafe with a price tag, so be prepared for that. The food is delicious! I liked that I could get a latte right there on the museum campus when I needed an extra zip.
